At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all e-bikes and accessories in new, unused condition. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience should you need to exchange your gear or return a purchase for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, keys, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
